Read from one recorded source, 19:57 to 39:36/ 29 checks, five families/ Free check, no sign-up
RWE Readiness CheckerA pasted protocol outline, read against the expectations recorded in one FDA Watch episode

Method

How the reading works, and where it stops

The checker splits the pasted text into sections and sentences, then asks whether the elements of each check are present in the text. It does not infer an element from a heading, from a synonym it was not given, or from what a well-written protocol usually contains. A line that denies or defers an element is recorded as a contradiction, not a pass.

One record, every output

The 29 checks live in one JSON record. The pages, the free check, the CSV, the PDF and the repair pack are rendered from it. A change to a check appears in every output at the next build, and the same outline gives the same findings in the same order in the browser and in the test.

Four states

  • Met. Every element the check needs is present in the text.
  • Partly evidenced. At least one element is present and at least one is not.
  • Not in the outline. No element is present.
  • Contradicted. A line denies, defers or negates the element. The contradiction is reported before the absences, because it is the finding a reviewer will read first.

Score

The readiness reading is a percentage: a met check counts one, a partly evidenced check counts one half, and a missing or contradicted check counts zero. It is a reading of the outline, not a prediction of an agency decision. Two outlines can score the same and need different work.

No model call. The reading is a script in the page. Nothing you paste is sent to a model, and nothing is uploaded. The free check works offline once the page has loaded.

The limits, stated. It reads an outline, not the full protocol, the analysis plan, the datasets or the agreements. It cannot see a document referenced but not described. It does not know your therapeutic area, your market or your data source. A met check means the text carries the element, not that the element is adequate.

Why the source is one episode. The product is built on a recorded, dated source rather than a general impression of what reviewers want. Every rule carries its timestamp so the reader can check the sentence. The legal basis is separate and is read from the held frameworks named on the basis page.
