Privacy at RWE Readiness Checker

The free check runs in your browser. The text you paste is not sent to us, not stored on our servers and not sent to a model. This page says what is collected, where it lives and who can see it.

What is collected, and where it lives

The free check, the score and the saved checks run in your browser. The paste is read by a script on the page. The saved checks are kept in this browser's local storage under the key rwe_checks. They are not sent to us. Clearing the browser data removes them; the page offers a backup file if you want to keep them.

The site sets an anonymous identifier cookie so a visit can be joined to an account later, and may record an analytics event with the page, the anonymous identifier and the referrer. A purchase is handled by Stripe, which collects the payment details and the email. We receive the email, the plan, the amount and the customer and subscription identifiers. We do not receive or store card numbers. An account holds the email, the plan, the entitlement and an audit log of account actions in Supabase in Sydney.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are held in Supabase in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail go through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until the user deletes it or closes the account. Support opens a saved record only on the user's request. The product makes no runtime model call, so no pasted text is sent to any language model.

Cookies

We use a first-party anonymous identifier, a signed-in session cookie and a security cookie for two-step sign-in. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion by writing to support@theartofservice.com. You can cancel the desk from the account page. You can use the free check without an account and without giving an email. You can use the product with the paste and the saved checks staying in your browser.

What is not done

No sale of personal data. No advertising profiles. No automated decision that affects your access. No claim that a permissive cookie setting is required for search visibility.
