Terms
Terms for RWE Readiness Checker
The short version: the free check is free, the pack is a one-off digital product, the desk is a monthly subscription, and nothing here is regulatory, legal or medical advice or a certification.
What this service is
RWE Readiness Checker publishes a reading of a real-world evidence protocol outline against 29 checks, a free check, a paid protocol repair pack and a paid team desk. It is not a certification body, an assessor, a law firm, a regulatory consultant or a statistical reviewer. It does not certify, audit or give legal or regulatory advice.
The free material
The pages, the rule set, the basis pages, the method, the answers and the free check are free to read and use. You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish the pages wholesale or present them as your own.
The pack
The protocol repair pack is sold once for USD 199. One organisation may use it internally and with the consultants working for it. You may copy rows and clauses into your own documents. You may not resell it, publish it as a product, or use it to certify anyone. The files are generated from the rule set on the date of purchase; the rule set can change afterwards, and the desk is the way to be told.
The desk
The team desk is a monthly subscription of USD 39, billed by Stripe until cancelled. It adds saved checks in the browser, a re-check and the watch. Cancelling stops the next payment and the next alert; it does not refund a month already started. The desk is not a legal update service and does not replace the published source, the protocol or an assessor.
Accuracy
The checks, the findings and the repair clauses are our own words, written from the recorded source and cited to its timestamp. They are not the official text of any agency, and they are not the instrument. The official text controls if there is a difference. Check any line against the source before relying on it for a submission, a contract or a safety decision. A finding is a reading of the text you pasted, not a decision by any agency, and a met check is not a finding of adequacy.

Refunds and governing law
The pack is a digital product delivered immediately on payment. If a download fails and support cannot restore it, write to support@theartofservice.com within 30 days and we will restore the files or refund the payment. Beyond that, and except where the law requires otherwise, a one-off pack payment is not refundable once the files have been downloaded. The desk is cancellable at any time and is not refunded for a month already started.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
